SJT Construction were assigned to carry out initial survey, feasibility drawings and drawings for the purposes of a planning application to be submitted as a formal application to the the local council. Along with design and access statement (provided by Janet Kendall), agricultural appraisal (provided by Rodney Wood) and structural report (provided by CSP structural design). 
Planning permission has just been obtained and conditional building control approval has been obtained, we are currently in the process of releasing building control and planning conditions and hope to start on site in the next month.

Single storey rear extension. (Godshill iow - 2012)

We were instructed to carry out feasibility drawings for approval and the complete the drawings for submission to the local council, which approval was gained. Following approval a building regulations application was prepared and submitted to the local council with structural drawings (prepared by Elmstone Design) and approved by the local authority and construction works were carried out by others.

Single storey rear extension. (Cowes IOW - 2012)

We were instructed to carry out feasibility drawings for approval and the complete the drawings for submission to the local council, which approval was gained. Following approval a building notice was submitted and construction works were carried out by others.

Two storey rear & single side extension & internal alteration. (Enfield London - 2012)

We were instructed by the client to gain planning approval for the proposals as shown below and then following a successful planning application were worked the drawings on to submit to the local building control authority, which were conditionally approved. The client is planning to start building works in the next few months.
