Extension and Renovation 
(178 Park Rd Cowes - 2013)

We were contacted by the client from a recommendation from one of our subcontractors. Originally were instructed to provide the client with a frame work for them to complete the internal works, but in working with the client were able to complete all the works to enable the client to move into a completed extension.

3 Storey Extension and Internal Renovations
(158 Park Road, Cowes - 2012)

We were instructed buy the client to carry out demolition of an existing unsafe 3 storey extension with rebuilding to current regulations and full renovations of rest of 4 storey property.

Outbuilding. (Wellow - 2012)

SJT Construction was assigned demolish an existing timber outbuilding and concrete base. Then to construct a new outbuilding with cavity construction to match in with the existing dwelling. 

Basement works. (Ryde - 2012)

We were instructed to carry out works to existing basement storage room into a new staff room, including WC. As part of the works appropriate damp proofing was carried out including correcting drainage to external area.

New Build. (St Maxime, France - 2012)

We were instructed to assist the developer, in the project for demolition of existing dwelling construction of a 500m2 new build dwelling in the South of France.
